There is a difference between a team that uses AI and a team that builds with it. We teach the second kind. Learn Claude Code, learn to stand up your own AI agents, self-paced on CoursePilot or taught live to your people. Pillar 02 of the AI Growth OS: multiply your team.
Live AI training starts at $3,500 a day, priced per day, not per seat. We come to your office, run it over video or host it off-site, and build the day around your team's real work. Headcount, format and the number of days set the number, quoted in writing before we book a date.
See every starting price and how we chargeAI training is teaching your people to use AI as a tool they operate rather than a novelty they poke at. Not prompt tricks. The working skills: driving an agentic coding tool, building an assistant that does a real job, and knowing what to hand a machine and what to keep.
The gap in most companies is not access to AI. Everyone has access. The gap is people who can build something with it.
Both taught from real work, not toy examples. We teach these because we use them every day to build for clients.
Claude Code is an agentic coding tool: you point it at real work and it writes, edits, and runs code alongside you. It is the difference between asking AI for a snippet and handing it a task. This course teaches you to run it properly.
For developers, technical operators, and anyone comfortable in a terminal who wants to ship far more than they can type.
An agent is an AI with tools, memory, and a job. This course walks you through standing one up yourself using Hermes or Open Claw, then wiring it into the systems your business already runs on.
For operators, owners, and capable non-engineers. You need to understand your business processes, not write code.
CoursePilot is where our courses are hosted, self-paced, so your team can start today and work through the material around the job they already have. Buy a seat for one person or bring the whole department. If you would rather have it taught live, that is the next section.
Same material, taught by the team that uses it on client work. Three ways, depending on how your company actually works.
We come to you and train your team on your systems, your data, and the work actually sitting on their desks. People learn faster on their own problems than on a sample project, and whatever gets built during the session is yours to keep using on Monday.
Best for teams in one place who want to walk out already using it.
Live sessions over Zoom or whatever your company runs, for teams spread across offices, cities, or time zones. Usually a series of shorter sessions across a few weeks rather than one long day, which gives people time to practice between them.
Best for distributed teams, and for spreading the learning out.
We take the group somewhere away from the desks, the drop-ins, and the notifications. Off-site is what we recommend when the goal is a whole department changing how it works, not a few people picking up a tool between meetings.
Best for a real shift in how a team operates, not a skills top-up.
An agency that only builds keeps you calling forever. We build the first systems so you get the win fast, then we teach your team so the capability stays in your building. That is the same position that runs through everything here: liftoffs, not layoffs. If you want us to build it instead, that is AI automation and AI agent setup. Most clients do both.
The same one-win-first approach we use for everything else, applied to your team instead of your software.
A short conversation about who is on the team, how technical they are, and what you want them able to do that they cannot do today.
Self-paced on CoursePilot, live in your office, over video, or off-site. Most teams end up mixing: the course first, then a live session on their own work.
Training here ends with something working, not a certificate. Your team leaves with an agent running or code shipped, and the habit of reaching for the tool again.
Two flagship courses. The first teaches Claude Code, the agentic coding tool, so your people can build and ship real software with AI rather than just chatting with it. The second teaches you to build and run your own AI agent using Hermes or Open Claw, including tools, memory, and the guardrails that keep an agent safe inside a working business. Both are on our online training platform, CoursePilot, and both can be taught live to your team.
Our online training platform is CoursePilot at coursepilot.online. Courses there are self-paced, so your team can start today and work through the material around their actual jobs. If you would rather have it taught, we deliver the same material live in your office, over video, or off-site.
Yes, three ways. We come to your office and train your team on your systems and your real work. We run it over video for distributed teams, which works well in short sessions across several weeks. Or we take the group off-site, away from the interruptions, which is usually the right call when you want a whole department to shift how it works rather than a few people to pick up a tool.
For the agent course, no. It is built for capable people who understand their own business processes, not for engineers. The Claude Code course does assume comfort with a terminal and some development context, since the whole point is shipping working software. When we train a mixed group we split the material so nobody is bored and nobody is lost.
Often you should do both, and most clients do. We build the first systems so you get the win quickly, and we train your team so the capability stays in the building. That is the whole liftoffs-not-layoffs position: the goal is a team that can do more, not a permanent dependency on an agency.
The self-paced courses on CoursePilot run about a day of material each, which most people spread across a couple of weeks. Live training is usually a full day per course on-site, or a series of shorter sessions over video. We scope it to your team in the first conversation rather than selling a fixed package.
Live training starts at $3,500 a day, priced per day rather than per seat, so bringing the whole team costs the same as bringing three people. A training day starts with a scoping call, is built on your team's actual tasks and tools, is hands-on rather than a lecture, and leaves your people with the materials and the follow-up to keep going. The number moves with headcount, format (in your office, over video or off-site) and how many days the program runs; on-site training outside New Jersey adds travel at cost. You see the total in writing before we book a date. Prefer to start self-paced? Both courses are on CoursePilot, the training platform we own, priced per seat there. Every starting price is on our pricing page.
